I’m Brett Humphrey, the Pastor of Children’s Ministries (birth through fifth grade) and I want to welcome you to our website. 

The Children’s Ministry at Southwest Community Church is called The Hangar and it is comprised of two groups, Basic Training (birth through 5 years ) and Flight School (kindergarten through fifth grade).

We believe our job is to welcome your children and partner with you to train them up in the way of the Lord while they are here.  Our desire is to create an atmosphere where children will want to come to learn about God and look forward to coming to church each week.

The Hangar is a place where children can learn and explore in a safe, friendly, interactive environment.  All of our staff and volunteers are devoted to providing the best spiritual teaching and training to your children in a way they can understand. 

At Southwest Community Church we have developed an exciting, upbeat church service designed for children where they are taught at their own level.  We speak children.
